Michael D Edmonds is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Utah-based US Magnesium and has been with the Company for 3 ½ years. Prior to joining US Magnesium, Mr. Edmonds held several positions at Rio Tinto including accounting positions at their coal mines in Wyoming and General Manager of their shared services offices in Salt Lake City.

Mr. Edmonds has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and currently serves on the Utah Taxpayers’ Association Board as Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee.
