Dan has been Vice President of Manufacturing for Autoliv North America Airbags and Steering Wheels since March 2011. He has responsibility for the airbag/steering wheel assembly sites in the region as well as the textile, inflator, initiator and propellant sites that support these products. Dan originally joined Autoliv in 1993 and has held positions in Engineering, Account Management, Operations and Quality. From 2008 – 2010, Dan worked at Danaher Corporation as Director of Operations. From 1990 – 1993 he worked as a Design Engineer for what is now ATK corporation supporting the Space Shuttle program. He has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan as well as an MBA from Utah State University.
