Colin W. McMullin is Senior Corporate/Commercial Counsel with IM Flash Technologies, based in Lehi, Utah. Colin graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1997. Colin worked in private practice for several years in Salt Lake City at the LeBoeuf Lamb and later with Chapman & Cutler law firms, focusing on mergers/acquisitions, commercial and lending transactions, and real estate. Since joining IM Flash in 2006, Colin has provided primary legal support to the IM Flash manufacturing ramp, which currently generates more than $1 billion in annual Utah exports. Colin is also familiar with international manufacturing operations and provides legal support to IM Flash’s sister company in Singapore. Colin loves living in Utah and believes it is critical to the state and its residents that Utah manufacturing remains globally competitive. He has particular interest in energy issues and has served actively as a board member of the Utah Association of Energy Users since 2009. Colin and his wife Sabrina and four children reside in Utah County.
