James Alspaugh

James J. Alspaugh is the Plant Manager for Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s Ogden, Utah Facility.

James began his career with Kimberly-Clark in 1991 in Ogden, Utah as a Mechanical Engineer. He has held various positions in Engineering, Research and Operations working in Wisconsin, South Carolina and the United Kingdom in addition to Utah. He was promoted to Operations Manager – Infant Care in 1999, Plant Manager – Infant Care in 2003 and his current position in 2006.

James was born in Paris, Texas and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. James currently serves on the Utah Manufacturers Association Board and the Greater Ogden Athletics Legacy (GOAL) Board. He is a member of the Weber County Production Managers’ Association.

James has been married to Jenece for seventeen years and they have two children, Alex and Zach.
