TODD R. BINGHAM, joined the Utah Manufacturers Association in May of 2012. Prior to UMA, he was the President of the Utah Mining Association from May of 2009 to May of 2012.

Before joining the Mining Association he served as the Vice President of Public Policy for the Utah Farm Bureau Federation from 2004 to 2009. Prior to his joining the Federation he served as chief executive officer and manager for several construction trade organizations representing commercial construction companies in the state of Utah.

He has been a registered lobbyist in the state of Utah for more than 15 years, representing business and industry in the areas of public policy. Todd has served on several boards including: Brigham Young University and Weber State University Construction Management Advisory Boards, and the Labor Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Employer Advisory Board. He was appointed by the Governor three separate times to serve on the State Board of Education Nominating and Recruiting Committee, the State of Utah Wildlife Board Nominating Committee, the School and Institutional Trust Lands Board Nominating Committee two terms, the Utah Mine Safety Commission, the Great Salt Lake Advisory Council and the Governors Rural Partnership Board.

Todd has been married for nearly 20 years to the former Jennifer Smart. They have three boys; Logan 16, Taylor 15 and Jordan 9.

TERESA THOMAS is the Managing Director of the Utah Manufacturers Association starting in May 2, 1995. She also serves as assistant treasurer of the association.

Before being hired as UMA executive secretary Teresa has worked for the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and as a Radar Pilot Operator in the training department of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The Salt Lake City native graduated from Cottonwood High School and has attended Brigham Young University and Salt Lake Community College.

STEPHEN L. SEEGMILLER was named Regional Director for the Utah Manufacturers Association effective February 1, 2007.

Steve Seegmiller brings a wealth of experience and maturity to this position, having worked for more than 30 years in sales, marketing and merchandising in Utah.

Seegmiller will help develop, deliver and expand the many UMA services for member companies including a variety of affinity programs and other member benefits. He will focus on growing UMA across the state and providing value added benefits to member companies.

Steve and his wife Jane are the parents of four children and eight grandchildren.

BETTE ARIAL was named Regional Manager in Southern Utah for the Utah Manufacturers Association effective May 10, 2012.

Bette is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science; she is the former Vice President of Government and Community Relations for EnergySolutions, Southern Utah Field Director for the First Congressional District and Public Affairs Specialist for the Bureau of Land Management. She is a ten-year member of Public Relations Society of America and Rotary International. She has worked extensively with Chambers of Commerce statewide. Bette and her husband Rick reside in St. George. They have four children and nine grandchildren.
