THOMAS E. BINGHAM is the president of the Utah Manufacturers Association. He has served as a full-time lobbyist/manager for the business association since December 1, 2000.
Thomas E. Bingham serves on the Workers Compensation Advisory Council and Employment Security Advisory Council under the Labor Commission of Utah as well as many other Legislative and Governor's task forces.
Before being hired as UMA president, Bingham has been the President of the Utah Mining Association since 1997 and represented the Utah Farm Bureau Federation for 25 years.
He earned a bachelor of science in agricultural economics from Utah State University and has a very broad professional expertise having served on many business, educational, and natural resource advisory groups.
TERESA THOMAS is the Managing Director of the Utah Manufacturers Association starting in May 2, 1995. She also serves as assistant treasurer of the association.

Before being hired as UMA executive secretary Teresa has worked for the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and as a Radar Pilot Operator in the training department of the Federal Aviation Administration.
The Salt Lake City native graduated from Cottonwood High School and has attended Brigham Young University and Salt Lake Community College.
STEPHEN L. SEEGMILLER was named Regional Director for the Utah Manufacturers Association effective February 1, 2007.
Steve Seegmiller brings a wealth of experience and maturity to this position, having worked for more than 30 years in sales, marketing and merchandising in Utah.
Seegmiller will help develop, deliver and expand the many UMA services for member companies including a variety of affinity programs and other member benefits. He will focus on growing UMA across the state and providing value added benefits to member companies.
Steve and his wife Jane are the parents of four children and eight grandchildren.
SETH HOPKIN was named Regional Director in Northern Utah for the Utah Manufacturers Association effective January 1, 2009.
Seth is a 2003 graduate of Utah State University with a BS in Management and Human Resources. He most recently worked for Homeshow Daily in Salt Lake City. A native Utahn, Seth was born and reared in Morgan.
