Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. complies with all state and federal safety requirements as well as all EEO requirements. In addition Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. has an in house safety program that includes a company safety manual with monthly safety training meetings for all employees, project specific safety training, and a safety incentive program. Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. plans to continue as a major Mechanical & Service Contractor in every aspect of the mechanical systems industry which includes: Plumbing, Sheetmetal, Refrigeration Piping, Process Piping, Controls, Building Automation, and HVAC Service and Preventative Maintenance. Additionally we have a department dedicated entirely to controls and another to energy. The experience in mechanical systems design, construction & maintenance coupled with the controls and energy expertise make us uniquely qualified as energy consultants.

Service

Continuous investment in advanced schooling keeps Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. up to date in the constantly changing HVAC industry. Consequently, service technicians at Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. are qualified to perform maintenance and repairs on Package Rooftop Equipment; Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems; Vane Axial Fans; Hydronic Systems (boilers and chillers); Water Treatment; Computer Room Air Conditioning and Humidification; Reciprocating Compressors; Rotary and Screw Compressors; Centrifugal Compressors; as well as Pneumatic; Electric and Electronic Controls; Energy Management Systems and Building Automation. Our technicians are also E.P.A. certified to handle all regulated refrigerants. We have a wide range of Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Full Service Agreements available which we tailor to fit each customers specific needs. Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. offers emergency standby service twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year; competitive service rates; and in almost all instances, same day service.

Construction

Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. started out as (and still is) a Service Contractor. We have carried what we call a "Service Mind Set" into the construction field as we have expanded into the commercial and industrial construction market. We believe this “attitude” of service along with the added knowledge our service experience gives us, provides our customers a more serviceable installation involving lower maintenance costs for the future. We believe this is the key to the rapid and continued success we have had in the construction field. We perform Construction Services for new construction projects as well as retrofit and remodel work. Our Construction Services cover all of Division 15. We are heavily involved in institutional and industrial process piping and are highly qualified and experienced in commercial and industrial refrigeration. We are also able to provide you with turn-key, design build projects as well.

We can supply you with performance and payment bonds, as you may require for any project. We carry standard liability insurance of $2,000,000.00 but we can supply any additional amounts you may require.

Energy

Mechanical Service & Systems, Inc. maintains an Energy Services / Specialty Construction department that deals with energy related projects and services with the capability of performing building energy audits, ASHRAE Level I & II, building performance measuring, Energy Star rating services and LEED design and consulting for new and existing buildings. We employ personnel with credentials of Designated Design Build Institute (DBIA), Certified Energy Managers (CEM), Certified Building Commissioning Professionals (CBCP) and LEED Certified Professionals (LEED AP) to complete the energy related services for our customers.
