Matthew T. Cook, a native of Sanpete County, Utah graduated from University of Phoenix with a master’s degree in Business Administration. Matthew has a diverse background in management and leadership spanning from restaurant and retail to food safety, live production of animals, and manufacturing operations. His most recent responsibilities consist of Director of Quality Assurance, the Vice President of Food Safety, and the Vice President of Processing which included both primary and further processing as well as rendering and municipal sewer plant responsibilities. Matthew wrote the crisis management program for Moroni Feed Company. He is currently serving as the President and CEO of Moroni Feed company in Moroni, UT. Moroni Feed Company is the parent company for Norbest Inc.

He is currently a board member of Norbest Inc. and the Utah Farmer Council of Co-ops as well as the National Turkey Federation and is a candidate for the National Turkey Federation Executive Committee.

Matthew has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America Organization in many ways including Assistant District Commissioner and District Commissioner and now serves as a unit Commissioner. He loves to travel the outdoors and being a father to his 4 children. He is happily married to his wife Tresa.
